EntryPoint Doors and Windows

Great experience with EntryPoint Doors & Windows! We found them through our local Home Depot’s recommendation after getting a quote from another iron door company via a zoom call done by a high pressure salesman, so we were not convinced especially when that company gave us a quote that was out of sight and not in our budget! EntryPoint sent a knowledgable and personable Design Consultant (Holly Parrish) from their Atlanta office to our home near Birmingham, AL to present what they could do for us in person and sold us almost immediately after we went over everything; the process, the options in styles, finishes, materials, fixtures, the guaranteed quality, and the timing of manufacture and installation. Someone came out after we agreed to purchase from EntryPoint to take exact measurements for the design and install. We were then assigned an Iron Door Project Manager (Becky Randall) who did a CAD drawing with our choices so we could visualize our custom look just for the style of our English Tudor home. Both Holly and Becky were always available, responsive and patient with any questions or concerns that we had as we worked together to accomplish our goal. We could not be more pleased with our new iron door thus far. It was purchased to replace a wooden mahogany door that we always loved, but the constant maintenance due to weathering on it was laborious and expensive. Having a solid and more weatherproof door giving us more privacy that is absolutely gorgeous and enhances the look the front of our home is invaluable and most appreciated! The 4-month wait to get the door perfect to our specs was worth it and the installation crew was professional and efficient in removing old door and casing and replacing with our new masterpiece!! I couldn't be happier with our experience. Our sales rep, Shawn Latimer, was more of a consultant than a sales guy. I loved his laid back approach, he never tried to push us in any direction. Shawn provided patient guidance as he walked my wife and me through the complicated process of purchasing 24 windows and 3 doors. And the installation went just as smooth with Edwin and his crew. It was a 2 day installation that finished on time, without any issues, despite the rainy weather. And even with the wet weather, Edwin and his crew left the house spotless. And last but not least, I got my first power bill since the new windows and my monthly bill went down from $324 to $212!

Very happy with Entry point Doors and Windows. I did a thorough research before I decided to go with this contractor. And it turns out that I made the right decision. I was hoping to get the doors installed around Christmas this year. But the doors were ready 2 months earlier. The technician Johnny did a fantastic job. He is quite skillful and knows exactly what he is doing. Our new doors look absolutely beautiful and improves the curbside view so much. And most importantly, there is no cold air coming in from the door gaps anymore. Very happy!

If you are looking for a statement entryway, then you must shop at EntryPoint. Visited their showroom and was given a great introduction to their amazing doors. Everything was clearly explained and and informative. We were hooked and chose our new front door. Measurements were made at our home and double checked. Each door is custom made to your specifications and boy did they deliver. The door arrived about a month earlier than expected and we were delighted. Installation was completed yesterday. The installers were very professional and discussed their plan to remove our old door and install the new one. They were excellent to work with. Door quality is amazing., and boy does it make a difference! Well done.

Our door turned out looking great, which is the only reason I did not give this company only 1 star, but the process with EntryPoint was extremely frustrating. We waited over 9 months for our door to be installed due to poor measuring / manufacturing and poor communication (they did provide a discount for our first mishap). The did not lay down anything to cover our floors/furniture during the install process and left a huge mess. I recommend finding a different company who can likely produce the same door but with much better business practices / processes in place.
